Return/Refund Policy

Unopened Products

If you are not satisfied with your Speed Stik® purchase, or have changed your mind, please call 519-245-8441, or e-mail us at returns (at) speedstik (dot) ca, for a Return Authorization (RA) number, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Horta-Craft Limited will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Horta-Craft Limited within 14 days of the issuance of the RA. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any manuals, documentation, or media that shipped with the product. Horta-Craft Limited will issue a 20% restocking fee on any opened, undamaged product, or any product returned without an authorized RA.

Defective Products

If you believe that you received a defective product, please call Horta-Craft Limited at 519-245-8441, or e-mail us at returns (at) speedstik (dot) ca, within 30 days of the invoice date, to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Horta-Craft Limited will determine whether the product is defective. If deemed defective, Horta-Craft Limited, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Defective products must be returned to Horta-Craft Limited, within 30 days of the issued RA. Please ensure that all defective product returns are accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of your customer invoice. In no event will Horta-Craft be responsible for damage due to misuse, abuse, or failing to follow the included instructions.

Cancellations

If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, it can be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to Horta-Craft Limited, after you receive them in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable if your order has already been sent.
