Hours of Operation

If you require product and pricing information, or other assistance, please contact Horta-Craft Limited by phone at 519-245-8441, Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time, or through our Contact page.

Order Processing

We make every effort to ship your order in the shortest possible time frame. Occasionally we may be out of stock in certain items, and in that case we will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. We will bill your credit card when the order is ready to ship. Any issues preventing us from processing the payment on your credit card will delay shipment.

Although the website is continuously available, Horta-Craft Limited will delay shipment for orders placed on weekends or holidays until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Proof of Purchase

Orders placed through our website will conclude with a receipt/confirmation screen that you should print for your records. An e-mail receipt/confirmation will also be sent to the address submitted during checkout. Horta-Craft Limited is not responsible for e-mail that is undeliverable due to typographical errors, spam filters, or any other issue outside of our control. Your order number should be included in any communication with us in order to ensure accurate customer service.

Payment Methods

Horta-Craft Limited accepts Mastercard and Visa on our website. If you wish to pay by some other method, please contact us to make arrangements. Bank drafts or money orders can be arranged outside of the website. Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Sales Tax

8% PST will be added to orders shipped within Ontario.

5% GST will be added to all Canadian orders.

Shipping

All shipments will be sent via UPS Standard Ground, at the rates indicated at checkout based on the shipping destination. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Horta-Craft Limited at 519-245-8441 for options and additional costs before placing your order through the website.

Pricing

Your order total will include the price of the product on the day of shipping, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Horta-Craft Limited reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Speed Stik® website at any time, and particularly to correct any pricing errors that may appear.

Product Availability

Although Horta-Craft Limited makes every effort to ship your order in the shortest possible time frame, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If there are significant delays in shipping, Horta-Craft Limited will make every effort to contact you by phone or email and provide a revised shipping date. Horta-Craft Limited makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Horta-Craft Limited confirms orders, and later learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all, or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Horta-Craft Limited learns that the products are no longer being manufactured, or have otherwise become unavailable to Horta-Craft Limited. In those circumstances, Horta-Craft Limited will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Horta-Craft Limited will cancel your order for products that cannot be supplied, and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
